What Coach watches

Five categories of cross-platform rules

Each rule has a trigger condition, a severity, an audience routing, and a recommended action. ~40 rules ship out of the box; tenants add custom rules via the catalogue.

Brand Score anomalies

Daily Brand Score deltas vs 7-day moving average. Coach fires when a lever (Content / Availability / Pricing / Ratings / Search / Recommendation) drops ≥ 3 points or when a specific dimension regresses week-over-week.
