Sell to more buyers across India on ONDC.
Your Zobrx catalogue, stock and prices go live on India's open commerce network. Orders come straight back into Zobship — no new catalogue, no second inventory. And for distribution, a full eB2B trade-pricing layer for selling to retailers.
An extra sales channel, not another system to run.
The network is open, so publishing once reaches every buyer app on it. The point of doing it through Zobrx is that nothing about how you already work has to change.
Reach buyers across the open network
Your products become discoverable to buyers on ONDC, beyond the marketplaces you already sell on. One publication, the whole network.
Use the catalogue you already have
Listings are aggregated from the channels already connected to Zobrx — Amazon, Flipkart and the rest. No connected channel? Add products directly or bulk-upload a spreadsheet.
Zobrx stays your stock system
Inventory and prices are read from Zobrx. There is no second catalogue to keep in sync and no separate stock pool to reconcile.
Orders land in Zobship
Accept, pack and dispatch ONDC orders in the same queue as every other channel, shipping from your own warehouses.
- ·You sell through the marketplaces you are connected to
- ·New buyers come through your own sales network
- ·Each new channel means another catalogue to keep up
- The same catalogue is published to the open network
- Buyers on any ONDC app can find and order your products
- Orders arrive in Zobship and ship from your own warehouses
An extra sales channel — not a replacement for how you sell today.
Four steps from connected to selling.
Connect
Link the integration to your Zobrx account once. Connecting is separate from agreeing to be published — the two are different decisions and we ask for them separately.
Choose what to sell
Pick products from your existing catalogue, or add them directly and bulk-upload a spreadsheet. Then choose the warehouses that ship them — each becomes its own network location with its own coordinates.
Clear the blockers
Anything missing for the network — category, pack size, price, return policy — is listed in plain language with the screen to fix it on.
Go live and fulfil
Your catalogue publishes to the network. Orders arrive in Zobship for accepting, packing and dispatch alongside everything else.
The network is strict. The screen tells you exactly what is missing.
Rather than a rejected feed and an error code, anything a listing still needs is named in plain language with the screen to fix it on — and counted, so you know how much is left.
Link to a Zobrx product
Each listing is linked to a product in your inventory, so stock and SKU come from one place.
Category required
Buyers browse by category. Pick from ONDC's published taxonomy across Grocery, Food & Beverages, Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, Electronics, Appliances, Home & Kitchen and Health & Wellness.
Pack size required
How much is in one unit you sell — 1 piece, 500 g, 200 ml. The network carries whole units only, so an 85.05 g pack is set as 85 g.
Price required
A product with no selling price and no MRP has nothing to list at.
Return policy required
Packaged & sealed, semi-durable, perishable, sold by weight or not returnable. The buyer's return window is derived from the class.
Pack declaration required
Health & wellness products carry the manufacturer, address, generic name and packing month printed on the pack.
Selling to retailers is a different pricing problem.
A shopkeeper does not pay what a shopper pays. eB2B on Zobrx models trade rates, minimum order quantities and trade schemes as their own layer, so your consumer catalogue is never repriced by a distribution decision.
Named trade price lists
Distribution does not have one price. Run A/B/C class rates as separate lists, priced per SKU with their own minimum order quantities.
One default, enforced
Exactly one list is the default — what an unidentified buyer sees on search. A retailer who is known to you resolves to their own list, and that quote is the authoritative one, the way a real invoice works.
Schemes on the network's own codes
Discount, buy-X-get-Y, freebie, slab, combo, delivery, exchange and financing — published as ONDC's enhanced-feature offer codes rather than free text in a product description.
Slab rates that actually price
Quantity bands with their own rates, scoped to the price lists, SKUs or categories they apply to. Empty scope means the whole catalogue.
Honest about what gets valued
Every scheme records whether the network prices it or merely displays it, so a freebie shown to a shopkeeper is never quietly counted as a discount in effective-cost ranking.
Validity windows that expire themselves
A Diwali rate stops appearing in the next catalogue build once it is past. Nobody has to remember to deactivate it, and no cron has to have run.
Trade pricing and schemes are set up with our team today rather than self-serve. Tell us what you need and we will walk through your rate classes with you.
The parts that matter when money and identity are involved.
Payout accounts are penny-drop verified
On ONDC the buyer app collects and settles afterwards. An account nobody proved is money already in motion toward somewhere unchecked, so an account is not VERIFIED until a penny drop lands.
Being published is its own consent
Having the integration connected means you can talk to the network. Appearing in a shared catalogue under Zobrx's network identity is a separate opt-in, recorded separately — and the record is kept after an opt-out, because disputes ask about past periods.
A warehouse is a real location
One row per warehouse, each with its own coordinates. A single record carrying a list of addresses would publish one coordinate that is wrong for every order routed to the others.
Consumer price and trade price stay separate
The consumer price a shopper pays and the trade price a shopkeeper pays are different numbers on the same product. Setting one never silently reprices the other.
Tell us what you sell, and we will tell you what going live takes.
ONDC rewards getting the catalogue right more than it rewards being early. Someone who works on the integration will go through your categories, your warehouses and — if you are distributing — your rate classes.
- A straight answer on whether your categories are supported today
- What your existing catalogue still needs before it can publish
- For distributors: how your A/B/C rates and schemes would be set up
- No obligation, and no credit card at any point
Questions sellers ask before going live
The rest of the commerce stack
One catalogue. One stock system. One more place to sell.
Publishing to the open network should not mean running a second business. On Zobrx it is the catalogue you already keep, going somewhere new.
