Training Manager – On-boarding Team
Lead how new customers — and new team members — learn Zobrx. Build the training programme, run sessions and make onboarding faster and more consistent.

What you'll do
- Design and run onboarding training for new customers across Zobrx modules.
- Build training material: walkthrough decks, videos, help articles and checklists.
- Train internal teams (onboarding, account management, support) on new features and processes.
- Measure onboarding outcomes — time to go-live, feature adoption — and improve the programme.
- Lead and coach the onboarding team.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a trainer or training lead, ideally for a SaaS product or e-commerce operations.
- Able to explain complex workflows (orders, inventory, reconciliation, GST) simply.
- Comfortable running sessions both in person and on video calls.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Excellent English and Hindi.
